Establishment
It was founded by Murat Kavga on a 40m2 area with an index machine (single spindle vending workbench) in İstanbul-Gümüşsuyu. It started to work with its first customers like Özgün Sewing Machines Industry, Beko, Zetina and Bindallı. At the same time, it also started to provide service in engine and automotive industry by manufacturing pneumatical components for Mert Fluid Power, engine parts for Pancar Motor and automotive indicator parts for Takosan Company.
1980 -
Export
It experienced the first export activity for Germany. It carries out its export activities for Germany, Brazil, India, Czech Republic, China and Poland on weekly periods at the moment.
1987 -
Bosch
Starting to work with Bursa-RBTR (Bosch Injector) first, it still produces high technology components towards diesel and gasoline systems especially for Bursa plant.
1990 -
Groupe Schneider
It was granted the Subsidiary Industry Encouragement Award by Groupe Schneider.
1996 -
Moving
It was moved from Istanbul to Gemlik/Bursa together with its whole production technologies and equipment.
1997 -
Valeo
It started production for Valeo Electric Systems.
2001 -
QS9000 Certificate
It was certified with QS9000. It started direct delivery system without incoming quality controls for Valeo Company.
2002 -
Valeo
It was ceritified with ISO TS 16949.
2004 -
Multi Spindle CNC Investment
First multi spindle CNC machine investment was carried out.
2005 -
White Goods Appliance
It started the white goods appliance production for Arçelik.
2009 -
Moving
It moved to its new 6000m2 building in Kurtul / Gemlik area.
2010 -
ISO and OHSAS
It was certified with ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
2013 -
Kholhage
It started to work with Kholhage (Germany) company.

R&D
Its R&D department was founded.
2017
It started to work with BOSCH REXROTH Company.
