| R&D unit was founded in 2017 within the MTO body in order to provide automation solutions towards lean management applications, shape its future towards modern technologies and to offer innovative solutions with a systematic perspective. MTO aims at continuing its R&D studies increasingly to gather new data for scientific and technological developments in line with the company’s business field, create new materials, products and tools with current data, including develop software, form new systems, equipment and service or increase the efficiency of available ones. At the same time, MTO carries out R&D projects in collaboration with various universities and education institutes. Our company receives outcomes that continuously increase the quality and efficiency as the guarantee of non-stop improvement and sustainable growth towards strategic development goals for competitive advantages with its innovative products as a result of its investments on R&D studies. For this reason, the company believes in the power of knowledge generation and experimental studies for product and service development to have added-values.
